Are you anxious? Who isn’t?

Here’s a few things I do to reduce anxiety:  turn off the news – for days at a time, increase my exercise, look at clouds.  Yes, I step outside once or twice a day for just a few minutes, look at the clouds and breathe.  It’s amazingly effective for minor stress.  Also, check out these tips.
