Has it really been a month since my last post? I apologize. NOW let’s wipe the slate clean and begin anew. I pledge to post several times each week even if it’s just a few lines.
NOW let’s begin again to do those things which we know will make us feel better and be better. For me, it’s walking outside 30+ minutes every day, getting enough sleep and remembering myself in the here and now for at least a few moments each day. I do this by journaling and being quiet within myself at the beginning and end of the day.
I continue to journal my own dreams, as I have for 25 years. My dreams are for me the tether to health and wholeness, always telling me the truth about myself. Last night I saw myself in a beautiful golden dress – and I also saw a man with a distorted and deformed face – both are some truth about me.
